Cousin Pictures

On Sunday, October 26, my cousin Katie and her husband Bobby had their first baby, Scianna Grace Moore. The first picture is their first one together when Scianna was just about 1 hour old. The next pictures are ones from the Saturday after Thanksgiving. We have a hard time getting either both awake or both asleep. Our family is so blessed to have these precious babies!

1st Thanksgiving

We started our Thanksgiving morning by watching Beau's 1st Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. Then we made the rounds Thanksgiving morning so we could see all the family on Thanksgiving day before going to lunch at my aunt and uncle's house with my mom's family. We had a great day!

Geaux Saints

Here is Beau cheering for the Saints in their big win last weekend against Kansas City. As you can see, cheering on the Saints is hard work (at least he's learning early) and he was wiped out after the game was over.

Beau is Here!

Beau has arrived! After 4 weeks of bedrest he arrived almost 4 weeks early on September 9. Thankfully he was perfect and had no ill effects from having no fluid. He weighed 5 lbs 8.6 ounces and was 18.5 inches long. He was a tiny little peanut !

New 4D Pictures and He Has a Name!

We went back for our repeat 4D ultrasound on July 19. He didn't cooperate much better this time but we did get one picture that made it all worth while... He SMILED! It was the most precious thing I have ever seen!

We also have finally decided on his name- Beau Robinson. Robinson is a family name. It is Barrett's grandfather's and dad's middle name and Barrett's first name. It originally came from Barrett's grandfather's uncle. Paw-Paw Earle was named Earle Robinson after his uncle who also happened to be the doctor that delivered him. We found a picture of the original Robinson at Barrett's Paw-Paw's house that will be very special to pass down to Beau.

Baby Brown's 4D Ultrasound

On Saturday, June 28 we went to have a 4D ultrasound done so we could see what Baby Brown looks like. Well, he would not cooperate at all. He was laying sideways, bent in half with his feet over his head and his head looking down. Why I am not surprised that my child would not cooperate! We did one good picture. The good news is that since he would not cooperate we get to go back for free to see him again in a few weeks!

Bed Rest

Well, now I am on bed rest because of my blood pressure. It is an easy fix since it's probably high because I have been so sick the only things I can keep down on a regular basis are saltine crackers, Sprite and Gatorade and they are all so high in sodium. So no more of them and hopefully everything will be better soon!

Here is Baby Brown at 12 weeks. I can't believe how amazing these ultrasound pics are. Isn't my baby beautiful? We also recently found out Baby Brown is getting a cousin! My cousin Katie and her husband Bobby are due 7 weeks after we are. We are so excited for them!

FINALLY- We're Having A Baby!

After almost 2 years of fertility treatments we are finally having a baby! He (we found out it's a boy) is due Oct 2. I have been terribly sick but we are so excited and it is worth every minute of it! Thanks to all my blogger friends we decided this would be a great way to keep everyone far and near up to date on our precious baby!
